The staff were excellent, the apartment was newly refurbished, clean, well planned out, stylish and had all the necessary utensils and furnishings. The pricing was more than reasonable for the location and what was included, had a superb time in an amazing part of the city. I would recommend to anybody

The ratio quality-price was excellent. We found a clean renovated apartment totally furnited (there were a lot of stuff for cooking even if we never used them). The air condition system is present in each room and the wifi connection run perfectly. The staff was very friendly. The location of this apartment is perfect because it is in a quiet street, very close to the famous Calle Gran Via and to the metro station.
There were just two suggestions, rather than negative impressions, I would like to indicate: -Since there was no name in the ring (this is featuring the whole district) and no label of the apartment, I would recommend the staff to indicate in the website the right number (It is the number 4 -fourth floor- but I don't remember if 4b or 4d) to press to ring at the entrance. -There was a not severe plumb smell in the bathroom. Since it was clear that the bathroom has been renovated I recommend the staff to use some products in the shower/sink to eliminate this problem coming, for sure, from the pipes.

Central location - just few mins walk to Grand Via and Calleo. Many restaurants and pubs in the area. Staff - polite, reliable and helpful. We didn't have to wait for key as they have office in the same building. Overall good value for money and great experience. Highly recommend.
Apartment seems bigger at the photos provided. However it was still comfortable for 3 people.
